Yizkor Books will be available for those who wish to use one on Yom Kippur, and the last days
of Sukkot, Passover, and Shavuot when Yizkor is recited.
The Yizkor Book will list the names of beloved family members and friends who will be
mentioned individually during each Yizkor service throughout the year. It is a special
opportunity to both remember and memorialize your departed loved ones.
If you wish to have names included, please complete this form along with your payment before Wed
September 13.
The charge for including names in the Yizkor Book is $18 per name for the first two names and
$10 per name for each additional one. All contributions are tax deductible.
For "Remembered by" please list your name as you would like it to appear in the book, for "In memory of" list the name of the person being remembered.
